What started as a Pilot Car Service, soon became a manufacturing business as the need was discovered for high quality equipment. With a background in CAD design, welding and fabrication, Steve 'Barney' Barnes developed height-pole and signrack prototypes for his own vehicles and then for customers who saw his equipment in use. Rapid advancement of the original designs has yielded the widening line of products we are proud to sell today.
